The GA WEST PRESBYTERY is the 21st Presbytery to be erected in the history of the PCG. Geographically, the Ga West Presbytery (which has been carved-out of the Ga Presbytery) covers all PCG Churches lying to the West of the main Accra-Nsawam road and heading towards Kasoa in the Central Presbytery (Region).

It also covers some Congregations and Preaching Posts/Points which hitherto were in the Ga Presbytery’s ‘Ga West Mission field but which now fall within the Ga West Presbytery’s geographical demarcation.
